CapCut keyframe zoom punch without smear (2026)
Short ease-in zooms on downbeats read cleaner than long ramps.
Use a 4?8 frame zoom punch on the beat instead of a slow 2-second ramp.
Ease in/out slightly so the punch does not look like a hard crop jump.
Do not stack flash, shake, and zoom on the same frame.
Preview on a phone screen; desktop monitors hide smear.
Save the punch as a compound clip when the pattern repeats.
Change one variable at a time and confirm what actually helped.
If a company policy is involved, rule that out before chasing client settings.
Write the working steps into a short checklist for next time.
Export or screenshot a good setup so reinstalls are faster.
If it still flakes, retest on a clean network such as phone hotspot.
